We want you to be completely enamored with your TOCCA purchase; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances or candles that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original TOCCA packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
